A non-refundable $30 retainer is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.

We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and next steps.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.  Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer.  In some cases, the full service fee may be charged at the provider’s discretion.

No-Shows & Missed Appointments

Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show.  The $30 retainer will be forfeited.  Future appointments will require full prepayment at the time of booking.  Clients with an outstanding balance must pay it in full before scheduling any new service.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling.  In the case of rescheduling due to lateness, your retainer will be forfeited.  Regardless of the remaining time, you will be responsible for the full service fee.

No Children in Treatment Room Policy

For the safety of all guests and to maintain a professional, sanitary environment, only the client being treated is permitted in the treatment room. Children may not accompany clients or remain in the treatment area or lobby under any circumstances. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure a safe and effective service experience for everyone.
