Booking & Policy

  • By appointment only.
  • For safety reasons, only the client being treated is allowed in the treatment room. No children permitted or additional guests.

  • Cancellation & Retainer Policy

    To reserve your appointment at Luminous Skin Lounge, a non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer is applied toward your final service total and varies by service type:

    Waxing under $50 – $10
    Brow Lamination & Bundles – $30
    Facials – $30
    Advanced Treatments (over $200) – $50
    Packages/Series – $50 or 25%, whichever is greater
     

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer. Appointments arriving more than 15 minutes late may also be forfeited.
